Instructions to be followed in HSC examination

The Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi) of the Ministry of Education has given various instructions to complete the HSC and equivalent examinations to be held on December 2. The instructions were given to those concerned on Sunday (November 26).
The instructions are as follows-
# Candidates have to enter the center at least 30 minutes before the start of the test and take their seats
# For any reason, after the stipulated time, the name, roll number, time of admission and the reason for delay should be mentioned in the registrar at the examination center. The list of late candidates will be informed to the concerned board by the officer in charge of the center every day.
# No one else at the test center may use a watch, pen or unauthorized electronic device with the facility of mobile phone or mobile phone. However, the officer-in-charge of the center can use a simple (feature) phone without the facility of taking pictures and using internet. Action will be taken against unauthorized phone / electronic device users as per rules.
# Officers, teachers, employees engaged in receiving and transporting question papers from the treasury / police station / security custody will not be able to use the phone. Black glass microbus or any such vehicle cannot be used for carrying question papers.
# One Executive Magistrate / Officer (Tag Officer) should be appointed for each center. From the treasury / police station / security custody, the officer in charge of the center or his nominated suitable representative will take the question paper along with the tag officer and take it to the center under police guard.
#Questions cannot be taken out or carried without the presence of the Executive Magistrate / Officer (Tag Officer).
#All set of essay / creative questions including multiple choice questions should be taken from Treasury / Police Station / Security Customs to the examination center. The set code of the question will be informed 25 minutes before the start of the test. He has to take the test in the set code prescribed accordingly.
#In the presence and signature of the officer-in-charge (tag officer) of the center, officer-in-charge of the center and the police officer, the packet of question papers should be opened as per the rules.
# No one other than the examinee and the person engaged in the examination related work will be allowed to enter the examination center during and before the examination. At this time, legal action will have to be taken against the unauthorized persons entering the examination center.
# In order to start the examination late due to unavoidable reasons, the examinees have to give the time as soon as the examination starts.
# The law enforcement agencies in charge of the examination center and the transport of questions will perform their duties with caution.
# Law enforcement and district administration will take strict legal action against those involved in leaking question papers or providing answers to the examinees.
# The law enforcement agencies and the concerned departments of the government will intensify surveillance on the rumors of leaking of question papers through social media or the activities of the groups involved in this.
# Due to the Corona epidemic, students, parents and all those involved in the test must ensure proper testing by following the hygiene rules. No more than one parent can accompany the examinee.
# The educational institutions have to abide by the guidelines issued by the Department of Secondary and Higher Education on September 5.
